These Terms of Service govern your use of cristae.shop and any purchase you make through it (the "Store"). The Store is operated by Kahidji LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Cristae", "we", "us"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

Health and product disclaimers

Please read this section carefully. It is the most important part of these terms.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Cristae sells dietary supplements, not medicines. Nothing on this Store — product pages, marketing emails, articles, or answers from our support team — is medical advice, and none of it is a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use any information from this Store to diagnose or treat a health problem or to disregard advice from your physician.

You should talk to a healthcare professional before taking any supplement sold here, and you should not use our products if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, or managing a diagnosed medical condition, unless a physician has told you it is appropriate. Stop use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction.

Individual results vary. We make no representation that any product will produce a particular outcome for you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from this Store. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

Products and information

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including ingredient identity and dose. Even so, we do not warrant that every description, image, or other content on the Store is complete, current, or error-free. Product images are representative; packaging may vary. Supplement facts panels on the physical product are authoritative — if the label and this website ever disagree, follow the label and please tell us.

We may change or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Orders, pricing, and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you complete checkout. Until then we may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason — including suspected fraud, ordering patterns that suggest resale, or errors in price or product information.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order has been confirmed. We will contact you before doing so.

We may limit quantities per person, per household, or per order.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store full card numbers.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Delivery estimates, costs, and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. What we replace or refund, and the time limits that apply, are set out in our Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to resell our products without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The Cristae name, logo, mark, product photography, copy, and site design are owned by Kahidji LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use them without our prior written permission. You may share links to the Store freely.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photograph, comment, or suggestion, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and publish it in connection with the Store. You confirm the submission is your own and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion, and we do not publish reviews that make disease-treatment claims.

Third-party links

The Store may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law, the Store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Store will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kahidji LLC and its officers, members, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Store or any product purchased through it, whether the claim is in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by our negligence.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Kahidji LLC harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Store will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. This does not prevent either of us from seeking relief in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability and waiver

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one posted on this page, and it applies to orders placed after it is posted. The "last updated" date above tells you when we last changed it.
